We aim to make returns simple while protecting product safety and hygiene.

Return Window & Eligibility
- Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Packaging/seals/safety tabs must be intact; boxes/labels undamaged
- Opened or used items are not eligible due to hygiene and safety regulations, except for verified defects/wrong items
- Final‑sale/clearance, customized supports/braces, and perishable/temperature‑sensitive items are not eligible unless defective

Non‑Returnable Items (unless defective on arrival)
- Opened first‑aid supplies, personal‑care/incontinence items, respiratory interfaces, pill organizers after use
- Items with tampered seals or missing parts/gifts; free gifts/samples

How to Start a Return
- Submit a request in your account within the window
- Pack securely with all components, manuals, and documentation
- Use a tracked method and retain proof of postage

Damaged/Incorrect on Arrival
Report within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and contents; we will arrange replacement/reshipment or refund as appropriate.

Refunds & Processing
- Quality check: typically 3–5 business days after arrival
- Refund to original payment method: typically 5–7 business days after approval (bank posting times may vary)
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless due to our error; store credit available upon request

- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged/incorrect
- Use tracked/insured shipping; loss/damage in transit may affect eligibility
